We are pleased to announce that Agfa Graphics NV acquired Litho Supplies (UK) Ltd on 21st Feb 2011.The following statement will be issued to Litho Supplies customers tomorrow Wednesday 23rd February -

Litho Supplies (UK) Ltd is pleased to announce that it has been acquired by Agfa Graphics NV on 21st Feb 2011. Agfa Graphics have long been a major supplier to Litho Supplies and both parties view this acquisition as a natural fit and a logical progression in their ongoing relationship. This also offers Litho Supplies the opportunity to further grow their business in the UK.

For our customer it is business as usual, as Litho Supplies will continue to trade as a separate entity from the parent company, and will continue to offer its portfolio of products and systems from a broad range of suppliers.

Litho Supplies now moves forward with the secure backing of one the largest suppliers in print.
